User :   I have these small little red bumps they same color as my lips , they are NOT really noticiable , they are painless, they are not open , and they are mainly on my upper lip. if i were to rub my tongue across my upper lip i would then feel its texture. what could this possibly be? I just woke up yestursday and they were there...

User :   my lips are not hurting...the bumps are not open. they are not white

User :   and usually herpes causes pain
