User :   Over the passed week I have suffered with laryngitis and then conjunctivitis. I've been feeling slightly better but yesterday I woke up with a terrible pain under my left rib cage which is excruciating when I cough. It doesn't when breathing normally.

User :   27, female. I have a prolactinoma treated with quinogolide and a under active thyroid treated with levothyroxine.

Doctor :   After recovery from viral infection, the myalgia ( muscle pain) remains for sometime
User :   Im taking nurofen which is a pain killer. It says it contains 342g ibuprofen lysine.

User :   Not really. Still very painful.

User :   Ok I'll see if I can get some. I've never heard of it before.

Doctor :   and if the pain still continues you need Chest Xray and ECG

User :   It started when I woke uP yesterday. Do you suggest I wait and see if I still have it by tomorrow morning? If it is just muscle strain, how long should it take to go?
