I am 30 yeras old male suffering from psoriais since childhood. no family history. Earlier it used to appear and dissaper but since 3 years it has become permanant. I know there is no permanant cure/remedy but i just want to ask you that cant it be controlled through medicine? Earlier it used to be on inner parts hidden with clothes like elbows hands, calves, back, hips, chest, stomach & skull etc. but now it has started appearing on open parts like my fingers, back of my palm, on forehead, feets. I have a public interaction job in a multinational comapny. icant afford people hating me due to my appearance. Can change in lifestyle make a difference? I see a hope in you sir. kindly help me to control this curse, if not erade this. i am too much menatly disturbed. I have also started loosing my hair due to this. Itching and redness is very strong these days.

Doctor :   There are few factors that can cause flaring of the condition.

Doctor :   Such conditions include high stress, cold weather, dry skin, vitamin and fatty acid deficiencies and so on.
Doctor :   Hence the preventing options are basically lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, vitamin and omega fatty acid supplements.
Doctor :   Avoid scratching, regular use of moisturizers, avoiding exposure to cold weather, and allergens are few preventing options.
Doctor :   Medical drugs available are for reducing the symptoms and control of already existing scales only.
Doctor :   Hence I suggest that you involve in life style changes, dietary modifications, destressing measures along with regular moisturizers.
