User :   hello i came down with what i think is flu last wednesday chills pain everywhere sore throat still got a cough that ive had for 3 week and a terrible headache that just wont go my temp as been up and down from 38.1 to 37.6 and a few times ive felt like im pass out i have also got pain in my stomach n feel very sick and what feels like a sinus infection could i have swine flu ?
