User :   Dr i am a obese male age 32 ht 5ft 7 inches 122 kgs having a fatty liver problem since the past two years recently i got my hb tested it dropped to 10.8

User :   one yer back it was about 14

User :   i felt tired so i consulted a docor he got all the tests done routine stool test and occult blood tests, colonscopy and upper gi endoscopy . results occult blood testing negative, colonscopy normal, endoscopy

User :   endoscopy ;-antral gastritis and healed duedonal ulcer

User :   i am on omez , viboliv , ursocol 300, folic acid tablets, and a mild iron supplement livogen

User :   i am mostly a veetarian, though i eat chicken once a week and three eggs per week
User :   does gastritis cause anemia?
Doctor :   well since you have undergonbe all the major diagnostic tests
Doctor :   and all came normal ?
User :   no upper gi endoscopy says gastratis in stomach antrum and healed duedonal ulcer

User :   with taking the supplement it has now increased to 12.2 one (livogen 9one tablet at night), should i continue with this? as i have fatty liver.

User :   it wont cause cirrohsis??? i am scared. i dont drink alcohol,i am trying to lose weight, but feel weak to exercise, anyways i have started walking for 20 minutes but s\feel tired. i am still young at 32

Doctor :   it will take time and i see that you are improving
User :   yeah, i am happier now, but i am scared f i stop taking livogen, hb level would fall again

User :   i guess so, but i am worried about my liver

Doctor :   the liver is the most amazing organ in the body because it has the capacity to completely HEAL itself
User :   too much iron can cause liver damage and too little anemia, so how do i srike a balance. also suggest methods to loose wt gradually
Doctor :   diet and exercise are the two KEY words
User :   and iron levels? what do you suggest?
Doctor :   once your weight is in normal scale the bosy iron levels dmands get adjusted

User :   oh that means if i lose weigt gradually my conditions can e reversed
