User :   Hi there,
I would like to know the chances of me getting HIV from my recent encounters just this past summmer with 3 sex
workers/ prostitutes, during 3 different separate encounters. Let's say they were all infected, I would like to know the chances of me becoming infected from what happened during my encounters with them.
Each time I tried to be safe, a condom was worn during penis to vaginal intercourse (no anal was involved), and aside from kissing their body like normal sex, I never came in contact with kissing their lip/ mouth in any way, and also did not give them oral of any kind.
Regarding the body, I don't recall having kissed or licked any open wounds, however, I did suck on the nipple area though, hopefully they weren't pregnant in a way that was not noticeable which made me unaware of, and had infected breast milk come out which I did not notice while the sucking action happened.
Anyways, condom was worn on my penis every time, and from my memory, I do not recall the condom breaking as each time when we were finished I took a look (just a very quick look) at the condom and the sperm was inside and didn't seem to have leaked out. I also made an effort from time to time during each intercourse to make sure the condom was on and covering my whole penis or at least as much as possible, as sometimes I was not super hard so worried the condom may slip out a bit (hopefully if any of that slipping out possibly happened a little, no vaginal fluid got in).
Lastly, they were the ones that supplied the condoms, and I did not really pay attention to what type or brand they were. I recently heard that only certain condoms are safe to prevent/ decrease HIV transmission, such as latex ones, as some types can allow HIV to go through it. I have no idea which ones they used, what if they didn't use the latex ones?
In addition, there were 2 occasions,
User :   in which with 2 out of the 3 females, half way during intercourse, I pulled out and asked them to give me a foot job, and both times half way through the foot job I decided to lick and suck on their feet, forgetting the feet had just came in contact with my condom through the foot job, in which the condom had just came in contact with their vagina during the intercourse right before that. Will this in any way be similar to me, the male, giving them, the female, unprotected oral? Since their vaginal fluid might of went into my mouth through this way.
This was my experience with the female sex workers/ prostitutes. Let's say worst comes to worst they were actually HIV or other types of serious sexual diseases infected, what are my chances of getting it through with what happened in my encounters with them?
Please kindly advise as I am very worried. I am dying to know your professional or experienced knowledge and inputs on this beforehand. before I really decide or go to take my test, hopefully it is not neccessary. I may be over reacting, but I am just so scared so just trying to point out every single possibility there could of been even though it may be some of the smallest and most ridiculous points.
Please help and provide your kind reply! I really look forward to it!!!!
Much thanks and appreciated,
User :   Hi
User :   Let me read the query.
User :   hi there, are u really here live?
User :   nice to meet you! i await your professional response. Please and thank you
User :   Can you mention, how many months ago did you have these encounters?
User :   just about 3 months
User :   Ok
User :   Let me explain.
User :   please do so
User :   very much appreciated
User :   Based on the research past the years, on HIV transnmissions, the chances of HIV infections spreading are more high, if there in an unprotected sexual act (penetrative act).
User :   Though theoretically there are chances that HIV can be transmitted through oral means, till date there are no practical proof for such an instance having reported any where.
User :   With these facts, I shall answer to your queries.
User :   1. The chances of you getting infected(considering you didn't have any oral wounds or ulcer) during licking your partner's feet are almost nil.
User :   2. Though infected breast milk can spread HIV, its prolonged breast milk feeding that is known to transmit infection.
User :   So considering that you didn't have any oral wounds/ulcers, and that your feeding was brief, and you didn't swallow major quantity of the milk, I would say, the chances of transmission through both the means is negligible.
User :   If you are sure, that you penetrative sexual intercourse was a well protected one, you have significantly lowered the chances of you getting infected to almost nil.
User :   I would however, recommend you to get the HIV tests done for both conformation and to clear any sort of doubts you have on this regards.
User :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   i would say yes
User :   Do you have any other query?
User :   aside from testing
User :   so in general, what would you say my chances of being infected are?
User :   I would say, that your chances of getting infected through both this acts are less than 2%.
User :   HIV testing will confirm this to you.
User :   Have you followed?
User :   would u say what i did was above average safe?
User :   the way i handled it
User :   Yes, more than average.
User :   ok thanks very much
User :   Do you have any other query?
User :   Are you there?
User :   Thanks for consulting me. Please loggin again, if you have any other query. Bye for now.
