User :   hello
Doctor :   hi
Doctor :   let me read ur query
Doctor :   please understand that your kid could be having bronchiolitis due to a viral infection or it could be asthma
Doctor :   at the age of 3 yrs, the most common is viral infection resulting in bronchiolitis
User :   we took him to child specialist......they told us its might be asthma......told us to kee us puff type astma kit with us
Doctor :   this needs supportive medications in the form of nebulisation and bronchodilators regularly
User :   we took for today for 3 time nebulisation
Doctor :   yes , both asthma and broncholitis, have similar symptoms and have similar treatment
User :   when he sleeps on our chest v can feel some kind of movement in this chest going up and down while he is breathing
Doctor :   this is called wheezing
User :   so...v r thinking whether v should go for ayurveda form or homeopthy form of medicine for permanent cure
Doctor :   and is due to obstruction in the air passages
Doctor :   these conditions have an acute presentation and have severe symptoms
User :   so that he should not suffer...while growing
User :   v r really worried for this
Doctor :   both homeopathy and ayurveda are for chronic issues and will not benefit in short term symptom control
User :   ok
Doctor :   what u can do is provide both ayurvedic care for the long term control '
User :   ok
Doctor :   and modern medicine for acute control
User :   ok..
Doctor :   this will help and work well
User :   anything in food....v should take care
User :   water..
Doctor :   good nutrition is good, there is nothing specific which can prevent asthma
Doctor :   for addtional info, a ayurvedic doctor can advice regarding food as ayurveda deals more with food
User :   v r thinking some food allergy may be result in cough
User :   ok
Doctor :   no, food allergy does not cause any cough
Doctor :   it can cause diarhea, etc
Doctor :   but not cough
User :   thank you very much doctor....
User :   for your kind advice......
Doctor :   allergy to pollen, dust etc would be the cause of his asthma symptoms
Doctor :   you r welcome
