User :   hi i have a quetion i have a friend with ovarian cancer stage 4 it has spread from ovarys, to lymph nodes to pelivc adbdomen and liver and lungs

User :   they just did a spinal tap today to see if it spread to spine, can it spread to spine and if it does what happens

User :   What are the chances of survial when it does that and what will it effect is there anything they can do for it
