User :   I have a few varicose veins. Yesterday, I noticed an indentation in my lower leg that is kind of squiggly. (Like the shape of a varicose vein.) I don't recall having a varicose vein there before, but now the indentation is worrying me.
Doctor :   Hi,
Doctor :   Where did you have Varicocities in the past ?
User :   In my thighs, back of knees, and side and below knees.
Doctor :   ok, and where is the indentation now ?
User :   the back of the lower leg.
Doctor :   ok, it is more likely that it could be a varicose vein as they are recurrent
Doctor :   What treatment did you underwent for the varicocities in the past ?
User :   I have never been treated because I really don't have that many. The few I do have are protruding and somewhat discolored. Can they be sunken or do they sometimes correct themselve to indent? Or in the indention another type of vein or what?
Doctor :   the indentation is due to a varicose veins , two of them lying side by side giving a false indentation appearence
User :   Even though there is not protrusion evidence of the veins?
Doctor :   as i said the two side by side varicose can present as a single indentation ( the space between the two )
Doctor :   Are you there ?
Doctor :   I see you have moved out of the chat
