User :   I am a type II diabetic, taking 850 Glucophage/day and 60 units Levemir morning and evening. I am wondering about using Apidexin (sp?) and would appreciate some guidance as to whether or not I should do so.
Doctor :   Hi,
User :   Good afternoon!
Doctor :   Very Good after noon
User :   I am 6'4" 310#. No other health problems other than DII
Doctor :   You can proceed taking Apidexin , but have to have good observation over the blood sugars and the cholesterol levels
User :   Should I check more than 3x daily?
Doctor :   Apidexin is a newer treatment to burn fat , hence the effects are it are not studied well
Doctor :   no , 3 per day is enough
User :   Do you have a recommendation to use in its place?
Doctor :   but there is no documented harm in diabetics unless calorie burning is good in the patients
Doctor :   Nuphedrine is one good choice, i mean user friendly type
Doctor :   but there is lack of good medical data over the drugs as they are very newer
User :   I'm not sure what "unless calorie burning is good in the patients" means.
Doctor :   i still recommend natural way of burning fat ,the best way
Doctor :   i mean with good exercise, to use up the burnt fat
User :   OK, I understand.
User :   Thank you for your time, Doctor! Have a good day.
Doctor :   the fat broken down from the stores gets converted to glucose which is a immediate energy source m hence to be used soon by regular exercises
Doctor :   You are welcome
