Doctor :   there are muscles in circular shape attaching to shoulder joint

Doctor :   Because of chronic use of the shoulder , there may be tea in any of the tendons of the joints
Doctor :   or tendons of muscles
Doctor :   or there may any strain in muscles
Doctor :   There could also be arthritis in the shoulder
User :   What Should i do to become normal with my shoulder

User :   i don't feel any strain at all usually,while playing only i get this pain

Doctor :   Depending on the cause Orthopedics may advise surgical repair if there any tear or he may iadvse PHysical theraphy

User :   after playing i feel much pain when i remove my shoes

Doctor :   temporarily you can avoid playing and take Ibuprofen 600 mg every 6 hrs for pain along with Pantop 40 mg daily

Doctor :   Ibuprofen irritates the stomach

Doctor :   Pantop is antacid
User :   this is for weight reduction
Doctor :   it smoothen the stomach when u take Ibuprofen
Doctor :   Ibuprofen for pain
Doctor :   Pantop for Stomach acidity

User :   i reduced my playing drastically to one or two match max per week becoz of this problem

Doctor :   Only MRI will reveal what is the problem
User :   and becoz i have reduced playing i have put on weight also

Doctor :   leg pain are from strain of hamstring and Achilles muscles

Doctor :   You need some kind of exercises to strengthen those muscles
