User :   Hi, I've been suffering with pains in my pelvic area and irregular periods (am on cerazette for last 4 months) along with diarrhoea for the last couople of months. I have seen my gp and they are sending me for a colonoscopy just to check whats going on. I'm slightly worried though as I've just read that these symptoms can be due to ovarian cancer. I had a abdominal ultrasound done about 12 weeks ago and they checked my ovaries and found a small cyst on one. Should I be worried about ovarian cancer or does the ultrasound rule this out?
Doctor :   hello
