User :   hello??
User :   hellllllo???
Doctor :   Hi
User :   hi
Doctor :   An unprotected sex at any time can possibly lead to pregnancy but the chances are less than during the time of ovulaiton
Doctor :   If you ask me the chances I shall say around 1 to 5%
User :   i am 3 days away from my period date and supposed to begin the pill , but i wanto be sure that i am not pregnant . i think my system is flushing out the eggs by now yes??
Doctor :   It has flushed out one this month
Doctor :   If you have regular period
Doctor :   then it usually releases the egg during the mid of the cycle
User :   if i take a pregnancy test tmw, will i get the correct result
User :   yes i have regular cycle
Doctor :   When did you have an intercourse
User :   about an hour ago
Doctor :   Then you will not get a result
Doctor :   on pregnancy test
Doctor :   The best time is when you miss a period
Doctor :   which is the first sign of pregnancy
User :   i had a pregnancy test nov 2nd for a pep exam the doctor said i will be havingy period in a week and the test was negative
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Did you take the birth control pills now?
Doctor :   Ok and now you are gonna start in three days
Doctor :   when your period starts, is it?
User :   not till 9th when i have my period
Doctor :   I think you should stop worrying and start your pill as planned
Doctor :   If you start with BCP then you would not get pregnant even with today's intercourse
User :   i had sex today cuz i know i would be not fertile today
Doctor :   because BCP's can act as an emergency contraceptive
User :   i can either start sunday or when the period begins it said so i should start tomorrow as myy first time then
User :   i didnt know that BCP can b emergency controceptive . i can only take it tmw in the evening is it still ok
Doctor :   Yes
Doctor :   It completely goes unfavourable for the fertilsation to take place in the Uterus
User :   how does BCP work as emergency CP
Doctor :   It completely goes unfavourable for the fertilsation to take place in the Uterus
Doctor :   Did you understand it?
Doctor :   The Uterus has a conducive environment for the foetus to grow normally
User :   explain to me how does bcp work as ecp
Doctor :   when a person takes pill, the Endometrium (layer in the Uterus) is providing a place for the foetus to attach
Doctor :   This endometrium will not allow the foetus to attach and does not give nourishment
Doctor :   for it to grow making the foetus ( in the form of cells) to die
Doctor :   and flush off
Doctor :   in the form of bleed
User :   okey wut i meant is the dosage of endo is high on ECP but by taking BCP on a regular basic starting tmw , it will still do the same job??
Doctor :   Yes
Doctor :   The next thing is since you have regular period and the ovulation should be on time ( mid of the cyclep
Doctor :   so by now the ovum ( egg) should have died
User :   its pkey if i take it tmw evening??
Doctor :   yes
Doctor :   You just stop worrying
Doctor :   and continue with BCP
User :   by taking the bcp tmw i will still have my period on 9 th or it effects it??
Doctor :   Take it as planned by your doctor
Doctor :   No need to rush and take it before
