User :   from last 10 days i am going to learn swimming and two days back i started to swim

User :   actually i don't no about this, I asked my MD sir about learning swimming, he said "70% of earth covered with water only" then i decided to learn swimming and also learnt within a week time

Doctor :   no they are not oil food but they do contain a lot amount of carbohydrate which on excess will get converted into fat ( storage energy )
Doctor :   high protein foods like Egg white, pulses , germinating pulses, Soya
Doctor :   Have chapatis made of soya flour
Doctor :   you can have curries of your choice , but tak care about the oil content of them
User :   i am having aloe vera cubes with apple juice from last 8days after finish of my brushing and at the time of swimming
Doctor :   that is ok, avoid adding sugar to the juice
User :   that juice from packed content, made by sappe
User :   that juice is not too much of sweet
Doctor :   no , avoid them , avoid packed foods , also sodas and carbonated drinks
User :   means soft drinks? like thumps up etc?
Doctor :   yes, say no to them
User :   sir, but aloe vera cubes are not available in market sir
User :   there is only option to have that sappe packed bottles
Doctor :   aloe vera may not be much helping , but sugar in juice adds to your weight surely
User :   i am using pulpy minute maid orange juice and mogu mogu made strawberry falour juice and litchi juice

Doctor :   prepare fresh juices in home or take fresh from refreshment shops but without sugar

Doctor :   i knoe non veg foods do come with oil but have tandoori stuff

Doctor :   eat vegetable salads in the breakfast
Doctor :   2 to 3 soya flour chapatis and curry in the noon
Doctor :   and in night have 1 to 2 chapatis
Doctor :   restrict food in the night
User :   i am having chapatis at night times from last 4 years
User :   but mrng and afgternoon that veg salad and 3 chapatis are enough to me sir?
User :   i am having apple and black grapes salad.. from last 3 days, can i stop here and start from today with carrot,cocumber salad?
Doctor :   Have a good protienious curry , it will take care of your calorie requirement , and surely do not make you weak

Doctor :   yes, but it has a sweetener in it

User :   sir very less sugar in this drink
Doctor :   one minute i will have a look at its energy content
User :   i have no any other habbits like(smoking,tea,,coffee,other alchoholic drinks)
User :   and one more update sir, once i had beer for 3 years(2004 to dec-31st 2006) then i stop to have beer till now
Doctor :   fine you can have them , since the alcohol is 4% try not be addicted

User :   mostly at a time i use to have 2 bottles(275x2= 550ml)\

Doctor :   no, but avoid it this time , as beer adds to weight
User :   since it is 4years, and also i am not ready to have beer

Doctor :   Water melon is the life savor in loosing weight
Doctor :   You can even skip meals and have a complete watermelon
