Doctor :   It means that the lymph glands in your neck have been got a bacterial infection.
User :   yesterday i got seviour pain in the head complete right side
User :   may be bacterial, or TB or some thing she will check after a week
Doctor :   There might be a secondary lymphadenitis due to infection elsewhere like ear or throat.
Doctor :   or can be a primary as the doctor told you.

Doctor :   Yes it can be because of the neck swelling , also there might be any underlying infection , so please show it to an ENT Specialist, which can be due to many reasons & many infections around the head and neck like ear, nose, throat.
