User :   How long ago were you circumcised?
User :   when I was a baby
User :   Ok
User :   Since, I am unable to physically examine you, I am unable to pinpoint what exactly is causing your concern.
User :   Urination can induce flaccidity of the penis, however, if the flaccidity is making the skin overlap the meatal opening, extraskin growth is a possibility.
User :   If such is the cause, then surgical removal of the extraskin is to be considered as a treatment option.
User :   The need for such treatment is purely based on physical examination.
User :   I do not think there is extraskin growth, as my penis seems to be smaller than it used to be.
User :   i believe that is a side effect of excess caffeine

Doctor :   Are you there?
User :   yes
Doctor :   Are you sexually active?
User :   no
Doctor :   Do you have early morning erections?
User :   actually they seem to occur in the afternoon around 4 or 5
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Let me brief you.
Doctor :   Caffeine is not known to cause reduction in the size of penis.
Doctor :   On the contrary it helps erection.
Doctor :   Hence I wouldn
Doctor :   *wouldn't consider
Doctor :   increased caffeine consumption as the cause of your problem, unless
Doctor :   there are other endocrine abnormalities.
Doctor :   However, since you do not report of loss of erection, no sexual problems and no loss of facial/body hairs,
Doctor :   it is unlikely that you suffer from an endocrine abnormality.
Doctor :   Nevertheless, there can be subclinical endocrine abnormalilities, where in symptoms are not seen.
Doctor :   Hence if you feel that your penis size is reduced, levels of testosterone and other hormones needs to be assessed.
Doctor :   Apart from the hormonal disturbances, certain other factors such as increased stress, anxiety, lack of good nutrition and local testicular/prostrate problems can also cause penis size reduction.
User :   well I would say that just about every one of those are existing factors in my life
Doctor :   From this far, without a physical examination, I cannot point, which out of these factors is/are causing your problems.
Doctor :   hence my suggestion to you are
Doctor :   1. Include life style modifications to destress your self.
Doctor :   Such measures include good, regular sleep, a proper nutrition blended with rich protein diet, plenty of vegetables and fruits, relaxation techniques, physical exercise will be needed.
Doctor :   2. One multi vitamin pill a day can also be used for a month.
Doctor :   3. Get a physical examination from a doctor, if there are any local problems such as extraskin, prostrate, testicular problems associated.
Doctor :   4. If no such factors are found, you will need hormone analysis.
Doctor :   Lastly, too much caffeine, though not directly cause sexual function, they can induce other medical problem which can play a role in your present problem.
Doctor :   Hence reduce your caffeine consumptions too.
Doctor :   Have you followed what I have suggested?
User :   Well I think they are all things I should adhere to
Doctor :   At this point of time, I would want to suggest that based on results of previous research on young individuals having erection, penis size reduction problems,
Doctor :   it has been proved, time and again, that the most common cause are usually psychological.
Doctor :   And due increased stress and anxiety.
User :   well we'll see what happens now that I switched jobs due to one that was causing a lot of stress and anxiety
Doctor :   Hence the first step towards your treating your problem is distressing measures.
User :   *nods*
Doctor :   And if you have been consuming/increasing alcohol consumption, lately( I am sorry for this comment if you are teetotaler), you will needs to restrict them as well.
Doctor :   Hope you have followed with me.
Doctor :   * I mean followed me.
User :   I don't drink alcohol
Doctor :   That's good.
User :   thank you doctor, for your time. You've given me some helpful advice.
Doctor :   I do expect, that your symptoms to improve now that you have changed your stressful job.
User :   thank you.
Doctor :   And with other measures of stressmanagement and good diet, you should be feeling better.
Doctor :   Do you have any other query?
Doctor :   Thanks for consulting me. Bye for now.
