User :   Question about lightheadedness with low blood pressure, high heart rate including pounding racing heart, being able to feel in pound in ear.

User :   Well I tend to get lightheaded rather frequently regardless of standing, sitting or laying, I always feel like im going to pass out.
Doctor :   may i know your age, weight, height ?
User :   The last few times my bp has been take it ws 80s over mid 40s heart rate is around 120 and i can feel my heart pounding like its going to pound out of my chest and i feel it in my ears.
User :   i am 28 height 5'3 around 125
Doctor :   how long have you had this condition and symptoms ?
User :   prob at least 2 yrs
User :   also not sure if it has anything to do with it but my fingernail beds turn deep blue

User :   No. My dr actually refuses to do any, I had asked but she says I am young I will be fine.
Doctor :   conditions like anemia, cardiovascular conditions like ASD, etc can cause such symptoms too

User :   ok there anytying I can do to get my bp up so i dont pass out at work. I was always told to eat salt, but i can only do that for so much

Doctor :   similar symptoms could occur in condition called orthostatic hypotension
Doctor :   2. the other is BPV benign positional vertigo
Doctor :   and any ear infections can also cause such symptoms
User :   is there anything i can do or try to get bp up so its not so low
Doctor :   good nutrition and taking medications , if needed will help
Doctor :   also first you need to know whats the exact cause affecting you

User :   and this question is going to be stupid, but how do i get the dr to listen to me. she seems to just blow me off like im lying
Doctor :   you need to stand your ground and say that you are concerned
Doctor :   and you need to be tested
User :   Ok. I will try that or find someone new since I finally got insurance.
User :   Should I continue using the salt or no..
