User :   I have a Hiatal hernia, With GERD. i have only found out I had a Hernia when I was 17 I am now 23, But as years have past everything has gotten much worst I can't drink Milk or water without the gerd acting up and I get frequent stomach bleeds even though Im on medication and I dont eat things I know will aggervate the Gerd. Im so sick of having NG tubes stuck down my nose and being in the hospital and having scopes done, how bad does my problem have to be before I qualify for surgery and how is the surgery for Gerd preformed what could i expect?
