User :   i have non-itchy red bumps that form on my scalp (usually the back of my head near the nape ofmy neck) on the sides of my neck and onto my jaw/cheek area
User :   they are painful, but do not itch and do not produce pus or any other liquid
User :   if scratched, they bleed
User :   they form a scab
User :   can't be popped like a typical pimple
Doctor :   Take antibitics for 10 days
Doctor :   they are pustules
User :   i have tried that
User :   i have done 3 cycles of antibiotics
User :   and tried cortisone cream
Doctor :   You need physical examination by MD to diagnse the lesins
User :   i've been to a doctor
User :   and he gave me the antibiotics and wen those didn't work, he said it was eczema
User :   they're also quite large
User :   i also have what appears to be alopecia areata with a large irregular shaped patch of hair loss around the nape of neck
User :   but that has just happened within the past week
