Doctor :   I will have few tips
Doctor :   If you eat too fast, you can swallow air along with your food and end up with a case of the hiccups.
User :   ok go ahead
Doctor :   Any other practices that might irritate the diaphragm such as eating too much (especially fatty foods) or drinking too much (drunk people hiccup) can make you prone to having hiccups.
Doctor :   In these instances, your stomach, which sits underneath and adjacent to the diaphragm, is distended or stretched.
User :   ok now how can i stop this?
Doctor :   Try these methods at home: Doctor :   Hold your breath.
Doctor :   Drink a glass of water quickly.
Doctor :   Become frightened.
Doctor :   Use smelling salts.
Doctor :   Pull hard on your tongue
Doctor :   Place one-half teaspoon of dry sugar on the back of your tongue.
Doctor :   For the common hiccups that will usually stop on their own, home remedies are generally recommended.
User :   Ok thanks a lot
