Doctor:May i know how long have u had this ?
User:a few years
Doctor:Can you please confirm your age, and your gender for the record
User:27, male
Doctor:ok, thank you
Doctor:have you had any issues like chronic constipation, before ?
User:but i have bee inserting objects into my ass for 10 years
User:quite large objects, up to 4.5inches or 15cm wide
Doctor:insertion of such large objects , in to the anal sphincter, usually causes injury to the rectal tissue , and that is probably the cause of your prolapsed rectum
User:i have posted a question, it contains some photos
User:are you able to see it?
Doctor:no, may i know where u have posted it ?
User:on this site.
Doctor:can u give me the link to that ?

User:ok, brb, i have an idea
User:yes try this
Doctor:ok ,
Doctor:the image seems to be a complete rectal prolapse
Doctor:are u able to reduce it, normally ?
User:yes if i push it back up
Doctor:or is it always stuck outside , as shown in the picture ?
Doctor:do u happen to have pain while doing it ?
Doctor:any form of bleeding ?
Doctor:so, this image was the object used by you ?
User:yes correct
Doctor:ok ,
Doctor:you can go ahead with your questions
Doctor:ok , that give a clear picture
User:so what do you think?
Doctor:please proceed with your specific questions
Doctor:what you have is complete rectal prolapse
User:yes ok
Doctor:and your actions , have resulted in damage of the rectal sphincter and muscles , which hold the rectal mucosa, within the body
Doctor:you will need a surgical procedure, anal sphinter repair, to correct this condition
Doctor:does this prolapse occur on its own, ?
Doctor:or does it happen very infrequently ?
User:i can push it out at will
User:maybe a few times a day
Doctor:you should refrain from doing it on your own
Doctor:as in case, the blood supply, gets blocked, and it will result in a strangulation
Doctor:and this is a very complicated, condition, which will damage the anal canal, and result in severe complications
User:if i stop inserting objects do you think it will go back to normal?
Doctor:in severe cases, stragulation may result in anal incontinence
User:i already have incontinence
Doctor:if the condition, does not occur on its own, then it may heal
Doctor:if not, surgery is a must
User:my sphincter doesn't really close up
Doctor:in such a case, surgery is the best option
Doctor:I hope you have understood my suggestions
User:but what if i don't want to stop
Doctor:it will get complicated , and you will end up having a persistent anal incontinence and prolapsed sphincter
User:prolapsed sphincter?
User:is that different to prolapsed rectum?
Doctor:i mean, a persistent rectal prolapse
User:ah ok
Doctor:in case, you do get treated, and undergo a repair, you should stop inserting such large objects
User:i enjoy it but
Doctor:continuing the same , after proper surgery, will result, in failure of surgery
User:it has taken me 10 years to stretch my sphincter enough to fit such large objects
Doctor:in case, you still want to enjoy, it, you should avoid the surgery, until, you decide to stop it altogether
User:which you must admit is pretty impressive
Doctor:I understand
Doctor:Yes, it is, i assume it is very painful
User:no not at all, i have slowly stretched my sphincter over the years, it doesnt hurt at all
Doctor:Yes, regular practice, would make it tolerable
Doctor:but, do u think, anal incontinence is worth the price for that ?
User:i do it every day and leave the object in for 1-2hrs at a time
User:i find this heaps my sphincter stretch further so i can move to larger objects
Doctor:yes, in case, you take it slow, the muscles would be damaged further, as they will get elongated
User:well i suppose it has consequences, but i am managing those
Doctor:and with that, the degree of anal incontinence will increase
User:i am hoping to move to an object 5inches wide next
User:but unsure how much further i can go
Doctor:please note that, muscles and anal tissues are highly extensible, only upto a limit,
Doctor:but when you take it slow, there may be no immediate damage or pain
Doctor:but ultimately, the chances of complete recovery will be completely minimised
Doctor:and the damage will be irreparable
Doctor:I do understand that, though the act gives pleasure, you should not over exert yourself
User:do you think i am already at the irreparable stage, my sphincter is already quite loose
User:going from 4.5inches to 5inches wide is not that much more
Doctor:at least now, somehow surgery may help to fix, the damage, that is done
Doctor:no, 4.5 to 5 incches will not matter
User:do you think my prolapse will come out even further or is it at maximum now?
User:i can push it out about 20cm now.
Doctor:yes, if you keep going at it, the degree of prolapse and the length of colon that will protrude out, will increase
Doctor:for your information, if complications like anorectal tear, or colon tear occurs, there will be severe bleeding and it may be life threatening
User:yes ok, but because i have gone slow i do not have that problem
User:i just seem to be able to fit large objects quite easily now
Doctor:yes, that is understood , but eventually, when the rectal mucosa, thins out, too much, the chances of cuts and tears will increase
Doctor:You should understand the risk and take actions accordingly
User:have you ever seen a sphincter as large as mine has become?
Doctor:yes, we have seen
Doctor:in anorectal cancer patients, and elderly debilitated patients, with severe complications such issues are common
User:but do you think mine is impressive?
Doctor:Yes, it is highly impressive
User:oh thanks Dr XXXXXXX
Doctor:You are very welcome
Doctor:Do u have any other questions ?
User:it has taken me 10years to reach this size
User:would u like me to send more photos for your research?
User:to your email
Doctor:Yes, you can
User:do u have any questions for me for research purposes?
Doctor:None for the moment, thanks though
User:is it ok if i put the object in now, its a good use of my time while chatting
Doctor:i would not advise it ,
User:why not?
Doctor:As a doctor, i am interested in my patients health
Doctor:since, i do , understand, that it is not a good thing, and is eventually harmful, i will definitely advise you against continuing such actions
