User :   What I would ask is if a baby is born with big heart and he seems to be doing normal like his heart rate, blood presure, oxygen level in blood etc jus the problem is that he is not able to hold his blood sugar

User :   They did had some blood test come through and they are all normal.
User :   But still echo showing heart not pumping properly
