User :   Lately I feel a pricking pain in left chest at remains there for 10-40 seconds and goes....and reoccurs in say 10 minutes

User :   nausea, vomiting, breathing difficulty - No. But at times (esp stressful situation) feel palpitations.

Doctor :   Your symptoms are not consistent with a heart problem.

Doctor :   Symptoms such as these are seen in conditions such as anxiety, stress or other psychological condition.
Doctor :   It is likely that you could also be suffering from one such condition.
Doctor :   Since you also report that you have palpitation associated with your symptoms, it could just be anxiety.
