User :   hi,
I am a 29 years old male and was diagnosed with epididymitis about a week ago, and was given Trimethoprim 200mg. however after nearly one week of taking antibiotics, some of the symptoms such as visible inflation of epididymis is still there and also sometimes there is a small sting pain in epididymis area. I was wondering how long usually should it take for the symptoms to clear? and also can ejaculation during the treatment period affect the healing process?
thank you is advance for your help.
