User :   mainly in morning and evening

Doctor :   After going through the description provided by you, I feel that you might be suffering with Hyperemesis gravidarum.
Doctor :   This is a condition seen in few pregnant female with excess vomiting in the first trimester.
Doctor :   This is usually caused due to hormone secreted by the placenta which induces vomiting.
Doctor :   The usual treatment for this would be DOXINATE and other anti emetic medications which was prescribed by your doctor.
Doctor :   Doxinate is considered to be safe and effective in pregnancy and hence widely used.
Doctor :   The other anti emetics have teratogenic properties hence avoided during pregnancy.
User :   is there anything specific to eating and drinking habit..that may help
Doctor :   This will usually reduce after the delivery of the child.
User :   i do not drink much water...
User :   can that cause this also
Doctor :   Yes, it is important to maintain hydration for the well being of you and your child.
Doctor :   As you lose electrolytes in vomitus it is important to regain them back through the diet.
Doctor :   Please consume lots of water.
Doctor :   And have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits.
User :   are tomatoes a good vegetable during pregnancy
Doctor :   Avoid sudden sitting up in the morning from sleep.
Doctor :   Yes, tomatoes are good vegetables but can produce acidity which can harm you as you are already taking iron tablets which causes acidity.
Doctor :   Please avoid tomatoes or have limited amounts.
Doctor :   Avoid excess coffee and tea.
Doctor :   as these both can produce gastritis and hence vomiting.
Doctor :   Avoid spicy and oily food.
User :   how about iced green tea
Doctor :   You can have green tea but a cup a day or two.
Doctor :   Take TAB BECOSULES, once a day as this contains vitamin B6 which is considered to be useful in reducing vomiting.
Doctor :   You can have diet rich in ginger, which is also considered to be having properties of reducing vomiting.
Doctor :   Please do not over exert during vomiting as this can cause complications like oesophageal injuries.
Doctor :   The basic treatment of this would be antiemetics with supportive medications.
Doctor :   As you already had doxinate, I would suggest you to follow the above measures and keep yourself hydrated.
Doctor :   Please do not try to self medicate as many medicines can effect the fetus too.
Doctor :   These symptoms would reduce gradually and would completely stop after the delivery.
