User:My wife is 32 week pregnant...she is having cold and cough for last 2 days...
User:dry cough*

User:I thought she will be fine by today but didn't
Doctor:There are certain things which can help her without taking medicines.
User:can you please mention that
Doctor:She has to stay warm and take adequate rest.
Doctor:Drink plenty of water.

Doctor:Steam inhalation can relieve the nasal block and discomfort.
Doctor:It also can soothe the throat and reduce the cough.
Doctor:Sleeping in head elevated position helps in draining the sinus and also helps in breathing comfortably.
Doctor:Also remember to keep the room well ventilated.
