User:I see some swelling in her both the legs

User:we met a gynecologist here in my town.
User:She suggested Alamin RXG XXXXXXX once daily
User:is this medicine safe during pregnancy and why it has been suggested. will this powder helps to reduce the swelling?
User:this powder has folic acid and Zinc
Doctor:It is safe to use folic acid and zinc supplements during pregnancy.
Doctor:They are required for the development of the baby.
Doctor:I am not sure about how it acts on reducing the swelling in legs.
User:but she is already on folic acid tabs
User:along with Calcium and Iron Tabs
