Doctor :   The scan reports are normal and nothing to worry.
Doctor :   Vomiting is normal during early pregnancy and is because of the effects of hormones.
Doctor :   The burning sensation is secondary to the acid and digestive enzymes in the stomach.
Doctor :   This can be reduced by taking a proper diet containing less spices.
Doctor :   And if the vomiting is severe and persisting, anti vomiting medicines can be obtained / prescribed by your gynecologist.

User :   she is taking doxinate tab for vomiting even though she et svomiting

Doctor :   Doxinate tablets is fine is safe during vomiting.
Doctor :   There are other antivomiting medications whos safety is not very clear during pregnancy.
User :   hwo abt the baby growth any vitamin tab req.. she is already taking folvite,Bevon there any other tab required to her

Doctor :   so if you the vomiting is very severe and not getting controlled with doxinate, you can get those medications prescribed by your doctor.

Doctor :   The scans that you have rules out ectopic pregnancy, which suggests that the baby is currently in the uterus.
Doctor :   and not fallopian tubes or ovaries.

User :   can she go for walk or mild excercise or house work[such as sweeping,washing vessels] on this first semester
Doctor :   Walking is ok.
Doctor :   But restrict severe exercising, work that needs bending down such as sweeping washing vessels, jumping, running and other abdominal exercises.
Doctor :   It can be harmful.

Doctor :   Such activities are sometimes permitted during the second trimester.
