Doctor :   The rash which she has developed could be due to loose stools.
Doctor :   most often the rash is inflammatory and smuth medications are good.
Doctor :   However if the rash doesn't improve or worsen,
Doctor :   then you infection/fungal infections need to be ruled out.
Doctor :   Report to your doctor if such symptoms are severe.
Doctor :   The smut medication is a local medication and doesn't have any effects on the pregancy.

Doctor :   It could be due to infection or gastric hyper motility due to food that she may have consumed.

Doctor :   There are medications that are available to stop loosestools,
Doctor :   however their safety is not proved during pregnancy.
Doctor :   Hence it is better to take the medication if the loosestools are severe and under guidance of the doctor.

Doctor :   if the rash is induced by excessive loosestools,
Doctor :   then the dose of the medications can be altered.

User :   yes.. mainly she got rash because of loose stools only...
