User :   Yes lately I've been feeling real depressed and tired one moment I can be happy and next sad and feel like I'm sick

User :   I'm a mother of 2 year old and 1 year old stay home mom and I havee been sufuring a lot of aniext attack but lately

User :   I have been feeling real stressed out and I feel real depressed

User :   One moment I tell myself I'm okay and next I feel weird
Doctor :   did the depressed feeling start after your delivery of second baby?
User :   Its been 3 days now

Doctor :   then what you feeling is called as "post partum blues".
Doctor :   it is characterized with mood instability and depression
Doctor :   it can be treated.
User :   I had it with my first but I felt like that only for two days and that was cause my mother inlaw was going to mexico
Doctor :   you need to be evaluated by your gynecologist and a psychologist, and started on medication if needed
Doctor :   after sometime has passed, medications can be taken away
Doctor :   with counseling and behavioural therapy
User :   Oh yeah this feeling came as soon as I started my period
Doctor :   do you have anyone to help you around with household work?
User :   O ok
Doctor :   i would suggest you to get some domestic help to help with your work at home, take proper rest, and do not delay the evaluation that i recommended
Doctor :   you will be fine in sometime, do not worry.
User :   Well I do everything by myself my husband works all day
Doctor :   all work and no rest or leisure time for you will lead to make your symptoms worse.
User :   But what can I do I have no choice I don't have no one to help me out
Doctor :   you need to discuss with your doctor and your husband about the help you need
Doctor :   first get evaluated by your doctor/gynecologist
Doctor :   and let the doctor suggests steps to be taken to your husband to help you out.
User :   So this is something I should be concerned about
Doctor :   along with medication and rest you will start feeling better
User :   Ok
Doctor :   yes, you should be concerned, as it can get worse leading to permanent problems if not controlled now. it will affect your family life and your children.
User :   But the medication is going to be temporay
Doctor :   yes for at first temporary, if you improve, it will slowly be taken down
Doctor :   it should not be stopped suddenly
Doctor :   the dose has to be tapered down slowly to avoid relapse and withdrawal symptoms
