User :   What is the cure for moderate broad based posterocentral disc portrusion seen at L4-5 indenting on the thecal sac without nerve root compression and Moderate Broad based posterocentral disc portrusion seen at L5, S1 level effacing the anterior epidural fat without nerve root compression.
Doctor :   In absence of nerve root compression and major symptoms , there is no need for any form of treatment
User :   I have acute pain and it is not getting cured with Physio exercises too.
Doctor :   if the spinal cord and the nerves are being compressed, then medications like duloxetine, gabapentin can be given to reduce the pain and discomfort
