User : What is the cure for moderate broad based posterocentral disc portrusion seen at L4-5 indenting on the thecal sac without nerve root compression and Moderate Broad based posterocentral disc portrusion seen at L5, S1 level effacing the anterior epidural fat without nerve root compression.
