User :   Well Doctor i have a query, thing is i indulge in lot of Physical activities like Jogging, Gyming, etc

User :   The problem is due to this excess of heat is generated.

User :   may be from 6 months. this is when i started the gyming

User :   no doc, people suggested me is to take lot of liquid intake like Orange Juices, Coconut, etc to keep the body cold,

User :   ya, i do not even touch them, but they leave black mark on my skin
