Doctor :   The ESR elevation and the weight loss with fever could be TB but as the Mantoux was negative, the Xray finding has to be confirmatory.
Doctor :   She needs physical examination with a Pulmonologist to rule out TB.
Doctor :   Her Xrays need to be read by the specialist, then only a diagnosis can be made.
