User : I do some excersices as well .. but the pain keeps going and coming back

Doctor : common causes of lower back pain is adopting a wrong posture at work
Doctor : other causes being smoking , travel by two wheelers/cars in bumpy roads, lifting heavy weight , weight gain , etc
User : so as per my height ... what should be my ideal weight
Doctor : since your blood reports are normal i will not think of other causes
Doctor : it should be around 65
Doctor : i would suggest you follow these measure
User : ok .. it generally around 66- 69
Doctor : 1. adapt the right posture at work
Doctor : 2. get a good back suport when you work , make it as comfortable as possible
Doctor : 3.do not sit for long hours in the same posture
Doctor : 4. take regular breaks for every half an hour
Doctor : 5. eat regularly and avoid spicy food , tea , coffee, etc
User : ya I try that .. but not every half an hour
Doctor : ok
Doctor : as much as possible take breaks
Doctor : also lie on a hard mattress when you go to sleep
Doctor : avoid using soft cushions
Doctor : also daily physical activity is very essential
Doctor : for pain you can take a safe pain killer like DOLO 500 MG one tablet
