User:yesterday i had enquired you about the headche
Doctor:yes, I remember
User:from past 5 days am getting persistent headcahes as soon as i get up
Doctor:how are you feeling today?
User:as u suggested i took rest, lots of water
User:it doesnt seem to come down
Doctor:Is there any other symptoms associated with it?
Doctor:Like vomiting, ringing sensation in the ears?
User:today even before i woke up it has started
User:no i dont feel any of that
User:its just headache persistently

Doctor:ENT testing as well as eye testing as I said yesterday
