User :   i wanted to know about skin looking after

User :   i need to use a moisturiser but i was recommended to use a sunscreen

User :   problem is that most sunscreens have a sticky feel on the skin

User :   so i tried out a vanishing cream like emami or afghan snow that is supposed to contain sunscreen + moisturiser

Doctor :   The SPF factor should be more than 30 in the Sunscreen
