User :   Jello
Doctor :   Hi
User :   Hello, I'm looking for some answers in regards to my symptoms.
Doctor :   I am
Doctor :   go ahead
User :   I went to my GP with news of panic attacks about 2 months ago and all the symptoms that went with them like palpitations, hyperventilation, etc. I have managed to control my 'attacks' quite well recently but there are now other symptoms that I am experiencing, mostly in the evenings and especially when laying down and trying to get to sleep.
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   You need medeications
Doctor :   In additions to medication you need other counselling
User :   The symptoms now are: A kind of strange intense feeling in my head, not quite a pain as such but I do experience a slight dull ache throughout the day. The only way I can describe it is like a very intense, overwhelming movement in my her which stops me from focussing properly.
Doctor :   Theheadaches you are getting from stress and panic anxiety
Doctor :   You can take Ibuprofen 600mg 3 times a day for pain
Doctor :   but you need to address the panic attacks
User :   That should be head, not 'her'. I will not take meds as I see it as giving up and becoming dependent on something to make me feel better. The symptoms are quite physical.
User :   I don't mind taking pain killers but won't touch ssri's
Doctor :   Then You need counselor
Doctor :   You need cognitive behavioral theraphy
User :   That is precisely what I am having at the moment.
Doctor :   I this theraphy they will teach you how to analysie the symptoms and what to do when get symptoms
User :   The reason I was getting concerned was because the physical symptoms include feeling off balance, weak left hand and dizziness. Especially when trying to sleep
User :   In have been analysing the symptoms but cannot rationalise the symptoms I have just explained.
