User :   Its more than 3 yrs I have pain in my neck, shoulder,knees,and hip . But still I can continue with my routine job.It never disturbed me. Pls advice me should I take any treatment for it.I also have irritation or Burning sensation in feet.

User :   I have followed all neck exercises get relieved that particular time alone

User :   I am 33 yrs old, 167 cm with 67 kg weight

User :   I am good in diet , fittness and exercises. But still why do i get knee pains

User :   yes doctor i have done treatment through phsiotherapy and also ocupuncture

Doctor :   Cant come to a conclusion without x ray and mri/

User :   ok thanks is that only remedy
User :   yes i follow all neck exercises
User :   it relieves me atleast for 3 to 4 hrs from the pain
Doctor :   No, as i said we cant give treatment without direct assesment of the situation.But you can take calcijoint syrup,it will increase the calcium levels and reduce the pain.
User :   I am just practicing for marathon through authorised trainer for last 2 days for next 6 months. can i continue with this
Doctor :   have you tried cold laser.
User :   no doctor

Doctor :   You can go to the marathon,but if the pain in the neck increases you can discontinue.

Doctor :   But i would suggest you to undergo complete assessment of your neck pain.Do not take it lightly.
