User:I am having pain stiffness in my back and have pain moving my neck. I am currently supporting it via a neck collar. I face more pain while sleeping

User:I take nucoxia sometime to ease the pain .. it is an inflamatory

User:i am facing it from last 4 years .. but it very severe now
Doctor:have you done any physiotherapy sessions ?
User:i had in last week .. but it increased the pain for me
Doctor:any Xrays or any imaging of the neck spine ?
User:x rays does not show anything ..
Doctor:it is usually a bit painful in the inital sessions
Doctor:but with time, and use of muscle relaxants, physiotherapy will be very helpful
User:i had 6 sessions
Doctor:to start with, you will need prescription of muscle relaxants in addition to the anti inflammatory meds
Doctor:taking such muscle relaxants, will help you to reduce the stiffness and pain
