User :   I feel nervousness/small pain on the right side of my body
User :   basically pain or weakenss feeling on the right arms, and also leg
Doctor :   Can you elaborate the symptoms? how did it started, any injury, aggravating and relieving factors.
User :   this also has small little neck pain
User :   I had a problem of back pain due to muscle spasm, for which I do regular exercises either use treadmill and stretching at gym or simming

User :   if I leave the exercise for long time.. back pain also occurs...

User :   the exact symptom is like have feeling of weekeness in right hand and leg along with a neckpain on the right side

User :   this feeling of weakness is also feels like a small pain or discomfort

User :   I do not smoke.. but consume alcohol occasionally

User :   it is from almost an year and a half.. not contionously but I realise this once in two weeks or three weeks

User :   my father who is 66 now had developed similar kind symptoms like numbness and weakness on right side

User :   which is both right leg and hand.. but he had a diagonosed mild stroke before this symptoms developed

User :   yes... he had it from last 2-3 years
User :   both hypertension and diabetes
Doctor :   Was your Blood pressure monitored recently? if yes may I know your BP reading?
User :   yes it is

Doctor :   Was your blood sugar levels checked recently?
User :   but I was more comfortable with left by my early childhood I was a lefty unlike traditional kids

User :   yep BP was normal..118/76
User :   but some times when had less sleep when BP was checked it was slightly higher like 128/86
Doctor :   After going through the description, I feel that you might be suffering with a neuropathy .
Doctor :   It would be better to get examined by a Neurologist as to rule out other causes.
Doctor :   like stroke.
Doctor :   But as you have family history of stroke and this pain is present there might be chances of stroke.
Doctor :   Yes it would be better if you see a neurologist.
