User :   Monday after snowboarding with my friends i felt pain on the back of my head and neck i found 2 swollen lymph nodes. They were painful thats how i found them. I let them be Tuesday went by with no events they were still painful. Wednesday however my whole body was sore. and i felt more sowllen painful lmyph nodes. thursday swelling went away and so did some of the pain from nodes. But im feeling them everywhere. i dont have a fever and im scared it might be cancer.

User :   visibly no i can feel them however.

User :   at first it made my neck hurt a lot and same with back of head after a day it was just painful when touched now its just a dull to no pain at all when touched.

Doctor :   Absence of visibly enlarged lymphnode are against the features of lymphnode pathology.
Doctor :   And again they are not features of cancers.
Doctor :   Cancers are characterised by persitently enlarged lymphnodes.
Doctor :   Your symptoms could probably be somatic complain secondary to anxiety.
User :   Could it be infection?
Doctor :   No
Doctor :   As I mentioned earlier infection is felt as swollen lymphnode.
Doctor :   Absence of fever, and enlarged lymphnodes are against infections.
