User :   my husband has a dental abcess under his left rear molar
User :   he took his amoxicillin, finished course a week ago

User :   yesterday his face like blew up
Doctor :   Can you mention his age and whether he has any other health problems?
User :   he's flushed right now, slight fever, swelling on both sides, and neck

User :   he has a metallic taste in his mouth and difficulty opening his mouth and swallowing
User :   dentist doesn't open for another three hours
User :   what should i do?
Doctor :   I suggest that you get him examined with a Dentist, he may need abcess drainage and higher antibiotics
Doctor :   Meanwhile you can ask him to
Doctor :   put hot pada on his face to relieve the pain
