User :   I just left the gym about thirty minutes ago due to pain i was feeling in my left testicle, It is still there and wavers between my testicle hurting and my lower abdomen

User :   in and out, when i move around it is more severe, id say about a 5 or 6 of 10

User :   there is no point that i can remember them instantly start hurting it more was a growing soreness but now it hurts more than when i first noticed

Doctor :   If you have not hurt yourself you can take a pain killer at the moment.
User :   okay, in your opinion is it something i have to worry about tonight or could I wait until the morning to see if it still hurts?
User :   no never previously
Doctor :   If it continues for few more hours you will have to get it checked by a surgeon.
User :   okay, im 19 years old
Doctor :   Did it happen previously too.
Doctor :   What is your age.yes you can wait till the morning.
User :   usually 1.5 - 2 hours a day 4 to 5 days a week
Doctor :   Do you frequently work out and if you do how many hours.

Doctor :   sometimes over strenous work outs can cause this kind of pain.You will have to go easy on your body.
User :   yeah i was working out upper body today, moderate to vigorous lifting today

Doctor :   That must be the reason.It is better you check out with the surgeon next morning.
User :   okay, thank your for your assistance. Ill take some ibuprofen and schedule an appointment
Doctor :   Because lifting heavy weights sometimes causes hernia,and you will have to rule that out.
