Doctor :   Hi,
User :   Hello
Doctor :   Dr here
Doctor :   How can i help you ?
User :   I am a 32 year old male, and am having mild pain in my left side, about an ince from the center of my abdomen.
Doctor :   ok, Since when do you have this pain ?
User :   Just this morning. About 10 hours now.
Doctor :   Ok , is the pain intermittent ?
User :   It is constant, but more severe when I press on it, or take a deep breath.
Doctor :   ok, Did you have loose stools or vomiting ?
User :   No, all normal.
Doctor :   ok, is there any problem with urination ?
User :   No, I have been going regularly without pain.
Doctor :   ok, based on the location and the nature of the pain i would consider two possibilities
Doctor :   one would be Acute appendicitis and other renal stone
Doctor :   get a ultrasound scan done along with a urine routine microscopy
Doctor :   both will surely give a detailed insight into your problem
User :   Is this urgent, or would it be ok to wait a day or two to see if the pain goes away?
Doctor :   i think if either of the possibilities is true, then waiting is not a choice
Doctor :   once you get the test you will be clear about the diagnosis , where the time action can be determined
User :   Sounds good. Thank you.
Doctor :   and its not wise to wait for recurrence
