User :   its my chest ( i think )

User :   getting severe chest pains everytime i swallow any amount of food
User :   and even when not eating, just lying here now it hurts

User :   imagin running your finger down the middle of your chest
User :   the point where it dips in all of a sudden
User :   around there, but it feels quite a wide area

User :   but in my chest, not my throat

User :   i dont know if its relevant, but ive been having heart palpitations
