User :   i having issue with back pain

Doctor :   Ok, Let me ask you , You have two problems: 1.back pain 2. Pain in chest

Since when you have back pain ?
User :   since two days
Doctor :   Ok.
Doctor :   Where exactly in the back, is it spinal or central or left or right sided ?
User :   it's at central doctor
Doctor :   And how did it start 2 days back ?

Doctor :   Due to any injury, or while lifting any weights , etc ?
User :   did not lift any weights

User :   started all at once
Doctor :   Ok, It can be a simple muscle pull, if it doesnt decrease in 1 week, then pls. get an orthopedic/spinal specialist opinion.
Doctor :   1. Use Powergesic ointment twice daily, morning and evening.

Doctor :   4. If the Pain is more or bothering use Tablet Ibubrufen 400mg.twice daily for only 2 days.

User :   5.7 and 57kgs

Doctor :   Since when have you had chest pain , is it continuous, or comes and goes, is it very painful - how do you grade it between 1 to 10 ?

Doctor :   Usually the most common cause for discomfort in chest is Inappropriate eating habits, work stress leading to Acidity/GERD/Gastritis/etc. and second a Cardiac problem which can be differentiated only by EKG.
Doctor :   This is mandatory by any doctor to follow before taking a decision on the diagnosis.
Doctor :   If you see it gets cured by Eno/Antacid it should be a gastric cause.
Doctor :   Please drink 2-4 glasses of water in the morning, HAVE WARM WATER AND HONEY.
Doctor :   Let us see after 2 days , if it subsides it is for sure Acidity.
