User :   i cant stand for long time

User :   i have done it 3 years back,,,at St Johns with X-ray

User :   they suggest Physio-therapy..

User :   i took it for 15days, but only for short time relieve,,,,

User :   i dont know the medical terminology, but i would say in plain english..please.....

User :   they gave two sand bag weight 5 kgs ,, to tied it to both legs and do exercise with 2-3 movements..
