User :   yes
Doctor :   Did the urine start first or the blood?
User :   the blood started first
Doctor :   Did you hurt?
Doctor :   Any injury ?
User :   I havent had any injury, there was a sharp pain but the pain was very mild after that

User :   yes, it only came out of my penis

Doctor :   It can be a simple rupture of capillary vessel in the urethra or bladder or prostate gland

Doctor :
An examination with tests is warranted. Hence please get examination done by Primary
