User :   I have pain in Occuput and gluteal points.

User :   4--5 months

User :   not long hours exactly but i do sit infront of computer for one hour

User :   yes doctor says it might be fibromyolgia, spasomatic pain etc

User :   doctor said the pain is far away from spine so no need of it
