User:there is a problem that i face while running
User:if i run for more than 5 mins, i get pain in the lower abdomen

User:n also get tired very soon

User:its been 1 week...
User:but earlier also when i used to run i used to feel the same
Doctor:the most probable reason for your pain, would be deconditioning
Doctor:i would suggest you to do some stretching exercises for 20 mins before starting to run
Doctor:and take it slow
User:i have been cycling since past 3-4 months for long distance - 70-80 km... but dont feel the same
User:n also get tired very there someway to increase stamina?

Doctor:how long can u work out at a medium pace and how long at a fast pace ?
User:no...i havnt lost weight..thats another problem..i do want to lose weight
User:cycling i can do non-stop 20-30 kms at fast pace...70 km at medum pace without getting tired...
User:the problem/pain i face only when i run
Doctor:so that is a good pace with cycling
Doctor:the issue with running, is probably dur to you being overweight by 7 to 10 kilos
Doctor:instead of running , try fast paced walk
User:yes i agree...
Doctor:walk for 1 hr minimum,
Doctor:and try to burn about 600 to 900 calories in a day
Doctor:this will help you to lose about 2-3 kilos in one month, provided you are on a low fat, low carb diet
Doctor:keep your total calorie intake per day less than 1800
User:again...i am a foodie...
User:but will try to keep a low calorie foodie
